- Credit Application Preparation: Prepare comprehensive credit applications in accordance with the documentation standards outlined in the Credit Policy Manual. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy requirements
- Documentation Review and Communication: Thoroughly review loan documentation, identifying any discrepancies or missing information. Communicate effectively with Credit Analysts throughout the credit application process to ensure seamless processing and resolution of any issues
- Credit Monitoring and Maintenance: Maintain meticulous credit files, ensuring all relevant and required credit information is obtained promptly and organized systematically. Regularly update and review credit files to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Financial Information Review: Conduct regular reviews of financial information, including financial statements, to monitor the creditworthiness of clients. Analyze financial data to assess risk and provide insights to support credit decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating, managing, and presenting credit-related documents and reports
- Financial Institution Experience: Previous experience in a back-office role within financial institutions is highly desirable, providing familiarity with industry practices and procedures
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capability for financial statements, enabling effective evaluation of financial data to support informed credit decisions
- Language Skills: Fluency in Korean is a plus, facilitating effective communication with Korean-speaking clients and colleagues
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business, providing a solid educational foundation for the role
