Changing Healthcare For Good
At Angle Health, we believe the healthcare system should be accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate. As a digital-first, data-driven health plan, we are replacing legacy systems with modern infrastructure to deliver our members the care they need when they need it. If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us.
The Role
Angle Health's in-house legal and regulatory team works to proactively address legal issues, manage regulatory compliance, and provide sound counsel so that Angle Health can continue to move forward quickly in our mission to reinvent access to healthcare.
As a Senior Corporate Counsel at Angle Health, you will be responsible for a number of critical legal and regulatory initiatives, ranging from drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting corporate governance initiatives, overseeing contract and legal operations processes, to advising on policies, procedures and compliance issues, as well as assisting in risk management. As a savvy corporate generalist, you will work with key partners across the business and will be a trusted legal advisor to solve the many complex issues that surface in building innovative solutions in an antiquated industry.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare and start-ups and possesses stellar communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. If you're a creative thinker that loves solving difficult problems and navigating uncharted legal and regulatory terrain, this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities
Because We Value You:
Angle Health is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Angle Health is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities.
