Corporate Development Analyst (39808)

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Corporate Development Analyst. This company is looking for someone with 2+ years of investing experience. This position is hybrid.

The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead due diligence activities for prospective acquisition targets, encompassing financial analysis, market research, internal presentations, and coordination with external advisors as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to create comprehensive operational and valuation models to support potential acquisition assessments.
• Support the development and execution of the M&A strategy, including identifying target markets, building an acquisition pipeline, and engaging in business development initiatives.
• Partner with Corporate Development to track and analyze the financial performance of acquired companies against initial projections, providing ongoing assistance for integration processes as required.
• Develop and maintain a dashboard to monitor and evaluate the financial performance of key competitors.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Corporate Development Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2+ years of investing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
