Corporate Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to the firm's CEO, President, and CFO.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business through budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
• Progress into a role leading strategic and capital-raising initiatives.
• Analyze the performance of the firm's portfolio to drive strategic decisions
• Develop and manage financial models for the firm, its strategic investments, and potential future investments.
• Offer analytical support during M&A processes.
• Communicate with banks, rating agencies, and investors regarding capital raising and other initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders such as banks, rating agencies, and strategic partners.
• Produce and troubleshoot monthly reports for management, the Board of Directors, and lenders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support the firm's strategy and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, and/or corporate development
• Proficiency in financial modeling
