Corporate Event Planner

At-a-Glance:

Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Corporate Event Planner!

What You'll Do:

• Assist Roadshow Manager on the Equity Syndicate desk with coordinating roadshow logistics for a high volume of equity products, including IPOs, Follow-ons, Convertibles, Testing-the-Waters, Private Placements, and Block Trades all market segments for Domestic and International companies marketing in the Americas.
• Interaction with vendors, clients, senior bankers, internal sales team, and internal administrative functions, such as marketing and expense management, is required.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior roadshow coordinating experience.
• Requires:
• Independent decision making
• Good judgment
• Client skills
• Excellent organization
• Prioritization skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines as well as manage multiple projects with extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail is a must.
• Demonstrated professionalism in personal presentation as well as email and phone communications.
