We are actively looking for candidates with a background in Big Law, particularly new partners or those close to partnership, who possess a substantial book of business.
Responsibilities
Enhance existing practice areas and assist in establishing new ones by collaborating with firm leadership.
Focus on business development to grow and maintain a substantial book of business.
Provide exceptional service to clients by engaging in high-stakes insurance defense cases.
Showcase your legal expertise by collaborating with Big Law firms as adversaries and co-counsel.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in NY, NJ, or Philadelphia (additional admissions are a plus).
Proven track record in generating new clients and business, with a preference for a substantial book of business.
Strong network within the legal community.
Experience in insurance defense is highly desirable.
Compensation
Competitive starting salary of $200k-$250k, with potential to earn up to $300k for candidates with a book of business close to $1mm.
Additional 25% generation credit on top of base salary.
