Corporate Legal Intern

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern to join our corporate legal team located in Hanover, MD.

This is a hybrid role. Regular in-office time is required.

Responsibilities

In this diverse and fast paced internship, you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of legal matters.

Duties will include assisting the in-house counsel with reviewing corporate governance documents, assembling claims for litigation and negotiation, and other legal and administrative matters as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a pre-law undergraduate degree or JD from an accredited school with the desire to become licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland
• Coursework in business associations or corporate governance preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently, evaluate priorities, and meet deadlines
