On the job training provided by our own world class training team, which is based in Knoxville, TN. For the first 5 weeks you will be enrolled in an extensive in person and virtual training class which is specifically designed to enable you to help develop the skills you will need to work in the pharmacy.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Cyclotron Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Provide training, coaching and mentorship to the site service and maintenance personnel for cyclotrons, various chemistry modules and manipulator arms across the network.
- Coach and mentor site service and maintenance personnel on completing and submitting maintenance work history tickets in a timely fashion with all relevant details.
- Coach and mentor site service and maintenance personnel with scheduling work and managing spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness.
- Working in compliance with all regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies and interpretations of the above as required.
- Assisting and support the site teams as needed across the US.
- Monitoring and positively impacting financial and operational performance.
- Monitoring, identifying, solving issues and improving reliability of the network of cyclotrons and other equipment in the network.
- Working to improve the reliability of the site equipment by participating in root cause analysis and revising preventative maintenance to drive to a predictive maintenance approach.
- Incorporating new technology, products and processes into daily operations.
- Working cross-functionally with support and productions team to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
- Assisting the other Field Service Technician Team, when needed, for site service support.
- Participating in the assessment of semi-complex product and equipment performance and recommend modifications and improvements.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Holding a current passport and a valid driver’s license
- You want to exercise your coaching, training, mentoring and influential leadership skills.
- You have experience in maintaining cyclotrons.
- You have experience in maintaining CRL and telemanipulator remote arms.
- You have an excellent low and high voltage, RF and vacuum systems troubleshooting background.
- You have very good mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- You have plumbing experience.
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- You have experience setting up LAN systems and LAN switches.
- You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility, 75% travel is expected.
- You have very influential, communication skills and customer orientation thought process.
- You have a drive to identify root causes of failures and a desire to make changes for a more reliable future.
- 10 years minimum of maintenance experience with cyclotrons, radiosynthesizers (Explora, Trasis and/or Neptis) and telemanipulator remote arms.
- Strong soft skills for coaching, training, mentoring to support a wide variety of skillsets.
- Ability to travel ~75% of the time across the US.
