Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Union, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate/Campus Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team. This role is essential in supporting our strategic hiring plans, focusing on recruiting junior individuals through campus programs and hiring lateral candidates through targeted sourcing efforts. The individual will need to build knowledge around where the talent resides within the contingent labor / staffing / recruitment / workforce solutions industry and how to attract such talent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with educational institutions, identifying top talent, and contributing to the growth and success of Mindlance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend business strategy, lines of business, strategic initiatives, and tactical execution goals to then plan a talent sourcing and engagement strategy for corporate hiring / internal talent execution.
  • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion as a primary tenant of talent attraction through talent pipelining and leadership consultation strategies

Lateral Recruiting:

  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract lateral candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit for the organization.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of Mindlance.

Campus Recruiting:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions to attract and engage students.
  • Manage the full-cycle campus recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offer processes.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define specific strategic hiring priorities based on business needs and workforce plans.
  • Set-up requirement in-take calls with internal stakeholders (Mindlance Internal Hiring Managers)
  • Provide guidance in decision-making by using data and analytics to influence business decisions to support the corporate strategy.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  • Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to define & implement employer branding / value proposition accordingly.
  • Engage actively in social media, talent communities, and industry outreach to promote and strengthen Mindlance’s employer brand.
  • Promote Mindlance’s employer brand on campus and through various recruitment channels.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance Mindlance’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Required Skills, Experience, and Talent:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
    • Ability and passion to deliver in a dynamic business environment with high degree of ownership and accountability.
    • Experience in recruitment operations including high volume activity & tight deadlines with a validated, quantifiable recruitment track record.
    • Experience with Marketplaces / Job Boards, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
    • Exhibit knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
    • Must be highly organized, analytical, action and detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Have an adaptable and decisive approach to problem solving requiring minimal supervision.
    • Result oriented with an open and candid communication style.
    • Ability and willingness to work in a flat organizational structure with intensive hands-on value addition in various phases of planning and execution; do what it takes attitude.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
    • Willingness to travel for campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
