Primary Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key player in our recruitment team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that we bring in individuals who align with our company culture and goals.

- Establishes and maintains productive relationships with client departments, colleges, employment agencies and other organizations.
- Evaluates resumes and applications received for assigned areas.
- Inputs information needed to generate employment reports.
- Interviews and evaluates candidates.
