OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our corporate functions. The ideal candidate will develop scalable recruiting processes, engage with senior leadership, and partner closely with department heads to meet our organization's recruitment needs. You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and supporting our growth in the hospitality industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our corporate office across multiple departments.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry-specific events to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Manage the entire interview process, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and providing feedback.
  • Promote our company as an employer of choice through engaging content and outreach efforts. Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings and maintain a database of qualified applicants.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring seamless adoption and process optimization.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS software and experience supporting the implementation of a new ATS.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, industry-specific job boards).
  • Experience developing and presenting recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and best practices in recruitment.
