About The Role
We are looking for an Accounting Senior Manager to join our Corporate Accounting Crew and own the monthly accounting close and Corporate Consolidation. This person will be hands-on in both the day-to-day full cycle accounting with a heavy focus on revenue, as well as active participation in the month end close procedures. The ideal candidate will have time spent in public accounting or external reporting and is a CPA.
What You’ll Do
Assist with day-to-day Corporate Accounting functions and be hands on assisting the team throughout the month
Review all revenue transactions for accuracy and proper recognition, gross revenue versus net gain from equity method investment
Monitor A/R and payment plan activity
Monitor daily cash activity and assist accounting staff with properly recording transactions throughout the month
Work closely with Controller to complete monthly close and corporate consolidation
Assist with treasury functions
Support external financial statement audit
Perform monthly reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts
About You
Strong GAAP knowledge
Ability to draft memos on technical accounting matters such as share-based compensation, internally developed technology, EPS and segments, etc.
Experience working with multiple subsidiaries and currencies
Prior Consolidation experience (International Consolidation preferred)
CPA
Experience with footnote preparation and disclosures preferred
Team player with strong attention to details
NetSuite experience preferred but not required
Compensation range of 120-150 depending on location and experience
