Corporate Writer

Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Corporate Writer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the entertainment industry.

The Corporate Writer position is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Developing key corporate messaging for external and internal stakeholders
• Managing written communications that result in high engagement
• Ensuring that messaging is streamlined and clear
• Creating understandable writing with legal & technical details
• Managing writing content including annual reports, website content, government reports, annual recaps, talking points, newsletters, articles, etc.
• Editing other written materials including blog posts, press materials, ad copy, decks, etc.
• Monitoring industry trends and news to incorporate relevant information into corporate communications
• Implementing a corporate communication strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives
• Managing crisis communications as needed

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Corporate Writer
• Expertise in AP writing
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
• Music industry experience is strongly preferred
• Experience writing/editing content including reports, newsletters, articles, etc.
• Experience developing and implementing communications plans
• Experience with crisis communications
