Schlessinger MD is searching for a driven, friendly sales professional to join our thriving cosmetic dermatology practice. Our award-winning clinic offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures including injections, laser therapies, fillers, non-invasive treatments and liposuction. Our Cosmetic Patient Coordinators assist new and existing patients through every step of their cosmetic journey at Schlessinger MD to look and feel their best.

In this role you will...
Promote and coordinate cosmetic treatments through patient consultation.Ideal candidates will be focused on selling through a consultative approach, following up on patient inquiries, creating monthly marketing plans and other sales-related functions.
closely with Dr. Schlessinger throughout the patient visit, including initial consultations, procedures and follow-ups
effective and informative consultations in order to determine goals, educate, and set realistic expectations
patient experience to ensure a personal and engaging visit
prospective patients in making comfortable and confident decisions to select procedures and products
to patient calls and emails promptly
regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction
a strong relationship and rapport with each patient
with medical staff (Front Desk, RN’s, physicians)
patient files and track all documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system
Compensation: Salary + commission & annual bonus
Location: Onsite-Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
We are looking for someone with:
years sales experience in luxury retail sales or high-end services
license, R.N. license or relevant experience working in a dermatology focused environment highly preferred
people skills with the ability to connect and build lasting relationships
communication skills
and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
