Creative Director [75291]

Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Executive Creative Director for a premier agency with a live entertainment client base. This is a fulltime/direct hire and the NYC agency works on a Hybrid office model.

As an Executive Creative Director you’ll

• Partner with stakeholders on client strategy and creative positioning
• Lead creative brainstorms for clients' key moments and guide brand development
• Oversee key art creation and direct photo/video shoots
• Collaborate with Creative Operations on problem-solving
• Mentor design, motion, and copy team while engaging directly with clients for ideation

Skills & Experience Needed

• 10+ years in an agency Creative Director position
• Ability to provide creative problem-solving for agency projects
• Experience in new business pitches and development of creative briefs
• Must have experience in the Entertainment industry
