Why This Role Is Important

  • Responsible for owning the creative for the brand from a hands-on and strategic standpoint, applying expertise with branding, print and digital design, and creative development.
  • Lead and collaborate with digital, social media, and content teams to develop and optimize creative assets, ensuring they captivate and resonate with audiences while driving brand awareness and engagement across all channels.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team including designers, photographer, and videographer, fostering a culture of innovation, and overseeing the seamless execution of design concepts that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Manage the creative vision and strategy for marketing campaigns, aligning with client objectives, brand guidelines, and high design standards across B2B and B2C marketing assets.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, visual evolution, and track performance metrics, reporting to senior management, while researching and sharing best practices.

The Background That Fits

  • 5+ years of experience with marketing, brand, and design.
  • Experience within the B2C industry
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite in required.
  • Skilled at transforming complex concepts into engaging visual solutions.
  • Experience with Figma is preferred.
  • Portfolio outlining creative expertise with both digital and print is required.
