The Creative Producer is the enthusiastic enabler that works across

planning and creative teams — graphic design, copy, presentations — to own

and oversee the production of all deliverables for our employee communications

vehicles.

Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $71- $82/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Strategist to organize briefs.
• Define scope and structure of each project, including resources and timing.
• Develop project timeline, align stakeholders, and drive a highly collaborative process.
• Lead project teams and run meetings throughout the production process.
• Capture key ideas, decisions, issues and action items in meeting notes.
• Ensure proper communication to keep project on track and partners aligned.
• Work with Events, Meetings and Conferences Design (EMCD) team to track down all assets, identifying potential solutions for any gaps.
• Work with Creative Productions to plan any original photo shoots or videos for Partner with Business Affairs to manage all content clearances.
• Drive the most effective and efficient global content production processes.
• Act as an advocate within the brand, and for our audience, for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all content.
• Use key metrics for planning and prioritizing work.
• Support de-brief and project close phases.
• Innovate systems, processes and ways of working to enable efficient content development.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years producing experience
• Excellent project management, workflow and systems skills.
• Process-driven
• Sharp understanding of creative mediums, including copy and graphic design. Patient, composed, a good listener.
• Strong understanding of Client Retail operations, services, and programs.
• Ability to develop/implement strategies to ensure project success.
• Flexibility to handle directional changes and proficient at leading a team that manages multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Experience interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels.
• Passionate dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer
