Creative Studio Solution & Onboarding Product Manager - Remote | WFH

We are an advanced creative ad technology suite focused on producing immersive rich-media responsive display ads that significantly surpass standard IAB engagement metrics. We are currently expanding our bespoke solutions team and seek passionate individuals interested in enhancing our customer onboarding process for both existing and new clients. Our offerings include a blend of self-serve studio products (SaaS), third-party fluid ad serving, and full-service rich-media creative development.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a high degree of creativity and an innovative mindset, eager to contribute to ad creative design and operations processes. As a Technical Trainer and Learning Designer, you will play a pivotal role in documenting solutions and creating educational tools for our clients. This position involves working closely with our "New" Studio 4 self-serve creative automation product, collaborating within a dynamic virtual start-up environment alongside developers and producers.

Background

Minimum 3 years in HTML5 ad development or Product Management of a Design Platform.

Minimum 3 years of technical writing, video production, and content development focused on SaaS self-serve tools and web applications.

Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering results.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in training and building tutorials for a web-based academy.

Proficiency in creating mini-video tutorials.

Strong proficiency in Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop), Figma, Sketch, or Google Web Designer.

Excellent organizational skills with a knack for presenting information in a clear, step-by-step manner.

Highly innovative with a quick grasp of new tools and features.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with external partners on a daily basis.

Punctual and experienced in managing client relationships.

Startup mentality with flexibility to adapt to complex and unpredictable situations.

Customer-first attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.

Additional Skills

Basic front-end Responsive Web App product management skills, including design and development.

Design experience with HTML5, CSS, and advanced ad tech systems.

Experience with ad operations and trafficking ads is advantageous.

Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
