The Credit and Collections Manager for Miller Truck Leasing will develop and administer the company's credit and collection programs. This individual will report to our VP of Finance and interact daily with our sales team and peers in accounting.

- Miller Truck Leasing - Provides full-service leasing finance leasing truck rental and truck maintenance programs
- Miller Dealerships - Provides car and light trucking solutions across the Ford Lincoln and Subaru brands
- Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles drivers fuel insurance and overall industry expertise
- Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers
The Credit and Collections Manager for Miller Truck Leasing will develop and administer the company's credit and collection programs. This individual will report to our VP of Finance and interact daily with our sales team and peers in accounting.
Requirements
You will:
- Oversee and investigate credit risk
- Advise company leadership on the best course of action for credit applications
- Design processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables
- Negotiate the collection of past-due accounts
- Oversee support and develop our team of three (3) Accounts Receivable Collectors
- Recommend changes to quicken our credit review process while maintaining the highest level of quality review
- Develop procedures to monitor credit on an ongoing basis across our existing customer portfolio
- Support credit initiatives as needed across the broader Miller organization
- Bachelor's degree in accounting finance or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit collections and underwriting
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-moving environment
- High integrity and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence co-workers for positive outcomes
- Exceptional problem-solving and financial analysis skillset
