Job Description:

Paul Stuart, the iconic luxury menswear brand, is looking for an CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to lead development and implementation of a comprehensive omni-channel CRM and digital strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation across all customer lifecycles. Leveraging customer insights and analytics, you will create and deploy successful marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and throughout the customer journey. This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing & eCommerce, and manages the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, creative and results-oriented, focused on increasing conversions, driving lifetime value, and building loyal customer relationships. eCommerce and CRM are of strategic importance for Paul Stuart and the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the organization.

 

Description

  • Responsible for development and execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels - email, online, mobile, direct mail and in-store - to support brand and business objectives
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to drive engagement and customer value
  • Map out and continuously optimize the customer journey for key segments across relevant touchpoints to increase conversions and incentivize customers to return
  • Oversee and manage email marketing and SMS strategies, from message development to creative briefing to campaign tracking, to drive traffic and revenue online and in-store
  • Develop A/B testing plans to increase open and click-through rates and improve conversions and revenue, to ensure we continuously optimizing campaign performance
  • Monitor CRM and digital campaign KPIs and evaluate performance; ensure on-going optimization to drive continuous business growth
  • Manage Customer Service team - develop operational efficiencies and support team on providing outstanding customer experiences
  • Work closely with digital agency to create and deploy paid digital campaigns (FB/IG, display ads) to drive online traffic and sales
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and Creative teams on email calendar, messaging strategy, creative assets, and copy
  • Responsible for compiling weekly and monthly CRM reports; provide analysis of customer data and translate into actionable insights
  • Oversee customer data capture across all channels and identify strategies for increasing list growth and improving data quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 3-5 years of CRM and digital marketing experience preferred
  • Proven success in building customer journeys and retention strategies
  • Experience in translating customer data into effective CRM programs
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Prior experience working with Optimove CRM retention tool & Optimail ESP a plus
  • Affinity with fashion and luxury retail
