Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative experienced Curriculum Developer with a strong focus on technology integration to join our dynamic team. As the Curriculum Developer you will be instrumental in the design and development of technology-enhanced curriculum and instructional materials for our federal client.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop technology-enhanced curriculum and instructional materials for our client.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate the latest technologies and digital tools into curriculum design to enhance teaching learning experiences.
  • Instructional Design: Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, multimedia content, and interactive learning activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our client, subject matter experts, and IT professionals to ensure the curriculum meets educational standards and technological capabilities.
  • Professional Development: Provide training and support to the client and staff on effective use of technology.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make data-driven improvements.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in technology and curriculum design and incorporate innovative approaches into the curriculum.
  • Compliance: Ensure curriculum aligns with all applicable standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to speak fluent English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of design technologies and digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Familiarity with coding and programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Tier-3 / National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) background investigation in accordance with DODI 5200.02-DoD Personnel Security Program (PSP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a focus on technology integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
