Job purpose:

Securities Service is a key business within the Major Global Bank Institutional Clients Group. The business covers Custody, Funds Services and Direct Custody products, providing services to a variety of institutional clients, both with global and regional importance to the firms' franchise.

The successful candidate will support the Client Executive (CE) & Account Manager (AM) to ensure Client is delivering excellence to our Institutional Custody Client base

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor aged receivables & investigate issues associated with billing inquiries to support resolution and closing out open aging unpaid invoices.
  • Coordination of meeting materials logistics for Due Diligence Reviews/Visit
  • Coordination and lodgment of client documents, such as Authorized Signature & Call Back Lists
  • Coordination of SWIFT message set-up & maintenance
  • Coordinate the account opening & closing process with internal process owners
  • Management, coordination & completion of Client Velocity & Direct BE entitlements
