Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will utilize exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales techniques to support electric vehicle owners and prospective EV owners. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while building lasting relationships. You will answer product questions, discuss charging options, assist with product orders or reservations, set up dealership appointments, and respond to frustrated customers with personalized, value-driven solutions. This position involves 80% phone work and 20% chat and email follow-up and post-case documentation.

- Ability to quickly learn EV products and answer customer questions
- Basic understanding of electric vehicles and home charging options
- Ability to filter/process customer perspectives and issues
- Ability to transfer learnings from one call to the next
This is a fully remote position. You will be provided with a laptop and necessary equipment. Training is 4 weeks long and all virtual, including product knowledge, trainer-based, and group learning/feedback on live calling situations. Must be able to work Monday-Friday between 8am-12:00am EST and Saturday and Sundays 12pm-9pm EST. Will be scheduled for a shift during those windows of time.
