Job Title - Program Manager, Survey Tools Level IV
Location - Remote, USA
Duration - 12 Months contract
Pay Rate Range - $88.00 - $92.00/hr. on W2 without benefits
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and able to identify gaps and build data-driven solutions. We are looking for someone who can facilitate our team’s best work by managing short- and long-term projects and initiatives. Communication skills, stakeholder management, the ability to manage complex logistics and organizational dynamics are mandatory.
Responsibilities
8+ years Program Management experience
3+ years experience technical product/program management experience
3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or a Project Coordinator with an emphasis on data & analytics
Experience in using data to drive change, telling compelling narratives with dashboards and data visualizations, and applying measurement best practices
Experience working with large organizations and across multiple cross-functional teams to discover gaps, creatively scope solutions, and launch products
Experience building effective communication frameworks and relationships between users, technical and multi-disciplinary teams, partners, and leadership to drive program alignment and garner buy-in with the the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
2-3 years of experience working with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau
Experience with SQL
Analytical and problem-solving experience with tooling systems
Program Management experience in research related fields
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Must-Have Skills
Data analysis, which would require experience with tableau, SQL, dashboarding tools, as well as general data manipulation, data analysis, and visualization.
2-3 years of experience with survey platforms, some level of familiarity.
Some experience with research teams, or in research fields.
Nice-to-have Skills
Working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Working with a range of seniority levels, operate seamlessly between leads, directors, researchers. Being able to calibrate the message and tone between seniority levels, but also being comfortable reaching out.
