We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and Sales support to our Members. This includes:
- Contacting our Members
- Providing Supplemental Insurance Products
- Responding to Members inquiries,
- Resolving Member issues,
- Providing Member satisfaction
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Strong customer experience and satisfaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Stable, work from home position
- Virtual workshops and trainings
