Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

SCOPE:

Through the years and continuing through today, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America Corrugating Machinery Division (CMD) serves the growing, dynamic packaging industry with leading edge equipment systems, sales, parts, technical and field support, making it one of the most respected suppliers to converters in North and Central America.

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the Corrugating Machinery Division by effectively coordinating and assigning job orders to Field Service Technicians and managing the Service Schedule for their assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm service schedule (Rebuilds, Regular service jobs, Contracts, New installs, and Warranties) to provide support to Field Service Technicians and customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders for regular service work, Contracts, Rebuilds and create a service order job accordingly.
  • Enter/coordinate new Rebuilds/ Regular service jobs/Contracts/Warranties and New installs to schedule (Kintone) based on each region.
  • Coordinate contractor scheduling and logistics to support service work.
  • Work with the supporting Customer Service Engineers to maintain accurate schedule and workflow.
  • Send new quotes to customers for any contract renewal and update the log and SAP.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Provide information about our services to customers.
  • Coordinate follow up on open Purchase Orders.
  • Audit Vendor's invoices to ensure proper charges and update SAP/CORA.
  • Work with the regional CSC team regarding weekly billing.
  • Manage daily service requests.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager as directed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED. Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience.
  • Special Skills/Training/Certification
    • Excellent problem-solving skills. Seeks to understand concerns and issues and demonstrates resourcefulness to problem solve and ensure resolution of issue.
    • Attention to detail is required.
    • Ability to work in fast paced changing environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and Excellent communication skills
    • Word/Excel spreadsheet competence.
    • SAP experience and/or experience with other ERPs
    • Excellent customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel: 10%
  • Weekend/late night hours: occasionally
  • Lifting/physical requirements: Regularly required to sit for long period, stand, walk, talk and/or hear. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
