We are looking for a Project Coordinator Manager to lead our Project Coordinator team. This position is based in our Grand Rapids office and supports the team, while assisting homeowners, builders, installers, and our sales team to coordinate window and door delivery, service and installations. This is the person who thrives on juggling multiple projects and tasks at the same time and feels accomplished when a project comes together.


Project Coordinator Manager Responsibilities and Duties

  • Training and mentoring new Project Coordinators
  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the Project Coordinators
  • Managing the performance of the Project Coordinator Team, ensuring internal and external customer service standards are consistently upheld
  • Develop new processes to increase efficiencies in the Project Coordinator team
  • Scheduling installations, delivery, service and order verification by coordinating dates & times with Sales Reps, Homeowners, builders, site superintendents and Installers via phone call, text, and email
  • Collecting payment from customers
  • Responding to and resolving customer concerns/complaints
  • Confirming that all customer requirements have been met and well documented
  • Using and training on Pella proprietary software to complete all parts of the job
