Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing team and assist our diverse clientele. salary: $18 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Handle and process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and suggestions for enhancing service quality.
