Job Expectations

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Utilize call center experience to handle inbound calls
• Manage customer service standards and sales
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Support clients with any complaints or concerns
• Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions
• Provide excellent client services and claims resolution
• Assist with merchandising and loading/unloading tasks
• Conduct inbound and outbound calling as needed
