Description
Customer service representative for online bookstore serving high schools
nationwide
Responsibilities include answering customer questions, addressing complaints,
and providing support
Must be a problem solver, quick learner, and empathetic to customer concerns
Communication with customers via email, phone, and instant messaging
Proficiency with computers, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office required; high
attention to detail needed
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of strong customer service experience
Strong computer skills
Strong Email and Phone skills
35 WPM or higher typing speed
