As a member of the Momsquad at Freshly Picked, our customer service team, you'll bring your experience, energy, and positive attitude to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers. We are looking for someone who is very flexible and a fast learner. Strong customer service and writing skills are necessary as you will communicate with our customers via email and chat.
Duties:
Chat/Email correspondence with Freshly Picked Customers
Process Customer Returns
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service
Strong communication skills
Detail Oriented
Organized and a strong multitasker
Excellent typing skills
Flexible schedule (available holidays, evenings and weekends)
Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets
Experience with Shopify and/or Gorgias is not mandatory, but it is a plus
Requirements:
15+ hours/week
Must live in Utah
