What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly voice our customers love to hear—whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply making someone’s day better.
  • Use your multitasking skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and more.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Learn all about our products and services and share your knowledge with customers to help them find the perfect solutions.
  • Keep things running smoothly by updating customer accounts and ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
  • Collaborate with a team that’s all about exceeding customer expectations and delivering top-notch service.
  • Keep cool under pressure and maintain a positive, empathetic approach, even on the busiest days.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (but if you’re awesome, we’re flexible!).
  • Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking or typing, you know how to make a connection.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).
  • Problem-solving skills—you’re quick on your feet and love a good challenge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.

Training Requirements

  • Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
  • Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lifting to 10 lbs.
