Customer Service Representative - Contract Role

Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote position. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Serve as the friendly and professional voice for our customers, providing assistance and creative solutions in an independent work environment.
  • Order Management: Offer timely updates on order status to expedite the billing process.
  • Escalation Management: Evaluate when requests require escalation due to complexity or urgency.
  • Complaint Resolution: Effectively address and document customer complaints in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, and accounts receivable) to ensure exceptional service and adherence to quality and revenue policies.

Required Skills

  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with JD Edwards and experience in handling purchase orders and collection calls.

Position Details

  • Type: Contract role for 18 months.
  • Location: Fully remote.
