We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Solve IT Strategies. This position is fully remote and based in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities
Work remotely, providing essential support to our Service Center team.
Allocate time for equipment pick-up, available throughout the Chicagoland area and suburbs.
Utilize your 2-year minimum call center experience to handle HR and IS-related inquiries.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
Safeguard sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in HR or IT, along with data entry expertise and solid proficiency in MS Office, is preferred.
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
