- Position: Customer Service Specialist
- Location: Jupiter, FL (On-site)
- Type: Full-time

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved
both promptly and thoroughly.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing,
placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles
issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively
impact the customer’s experience.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and pass them along to QA/QC as necessary.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications.
- Process orders, forms applications and requests.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
