Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved

both promptly and thoroughly.

  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing,

placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles

issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively

impact the customer’s experience.

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and pass them along to QA/QC as necessary.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications.
  • Process orders, forms applications and requests.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Record details of actions taken.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.


Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
