Customer Success Specialist
About The Role
Our client is actively seeking a Client Success Specialist to become a valuable part of the team.
The team is more than just a culinary service; they are culinary artists who turn food into pure magic! The secret ingredient? A team of Client Success Specialists who ensure the client experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
The successful candidate will work closely with the office team to identify client needs, provide exceptional support, and develop long-term relationships. In addition, they will collaborate with the team of chefs, ensuring they are provided with a respectful and joyful workplace.
Client communication is paramount for the hiring company. The Client Success Specialist will assess incoming client communication, leads, and questions, determining the next steps. They will engage with existing clients for retention check-ins and collaborate with chefs to foster lasting client relationships.
Wage: Hourly pay ranges from $22-$24/hour.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start and end time within the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client sales calls with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Utilize HubSpot to keep track of client interactions, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.
- Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients and the team of chefs.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Team and chefs to ensure strong internal communication.
- Monitor, track, and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new clients and services.
- Manage client issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of offerings and industry insights.
- Handle scheduling duties efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency level in HubSpot CRM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in phone sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
- Capability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Occasional travel to Boston 3-4 times a year required.
