Summary of Job Duties
The Customer Support Services Coordinator will provide second-tier support to end-users for applications and hardware at the South location. Identify incidents which require third-tier support and documents necessary information prior to submitting incidents to second-tier support. May interact with network services, systems administrators, server support, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct core problems. This position will also supervise the Customer Support Services Technician at the South location.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of an associate degree in information systems or a related field. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Three years of experience working the computer field.
Preferred Qualification
Five years of experience working in the computer field.

Job Duties
- Supervisory duties for the Computer Support Services Technician at South.
- Provides advanced end user support of applications. (Teams, Zoom, Microsoft applications, Workday, Examsoft, etc)
- Provides support for IT equipment and peripherals on site.
- Install, configure, upgrade, or replace IT equipment.
- Performs necessary IT task to submit hardware to M&R.
- Manage Adobe and Zoom user accounts.
- Manage checkout process for wireless hot spots at the South location.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Professional and friendly customer services skills.
- Demonstrate positive working relationship with co-workers, management team, and stakeholders of the college.
- Knowledge of current application software packages
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and rectify software and hardware problems.
