Technical Application Specialist

Epicor Service CRM provides a SaaS solution for the automotive industry. We have an opening for a full time Customer Support Specialist, who will be responsible for answering customer questions, training customers on products, and resolving customer problems over the phone and through email.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer phones and respond to emails.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer questions and problems.
  • Monitor problems to closure and follow up with customer.
  • Update customer websites and communications.
  • Assist with organization of marketing and promotion options for clients.
  • Train customers on tools and inform them about service options.
  • Log all activities using the appropriate software.

What you will likely bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer problems meeting key metrics.
  • Independent, highly organized, and detailed oriented with positive attitude.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.

What could set you apart:

  • Basic graphic skills using Photoshop.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Fluent in French.
