Position: Cybersecurity Sales Manager

Location: Remote (50% Travel Required)

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 Base + OTE

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Vision: Guide, inspire, and drive a talented sales team to new heights.
  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners to maximize sales potential.
  • Drive New Business: Identify and secure lucrative new business opportunities across diverse verticals including manufacturing, oil and gas, and supply chain.
  • Achieve Big: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas, proving your prowess in the field.
  • Showcase Your Expertise: Sell a cutting-edge suite of cybersecurity solutions including network security, SIEM, firewalls, routers, security tools, IDS/IPS, and more.
  • Travel and Connect: Engage directly with clients and partners, with up to 50% travel, ensuring you’re at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Seasoned Pro: Over 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Industry Guru: Deep knowledge of IT, OT, and cybersecurity, particularly in network security and various security solutions.
  • Vertical Mastery: Experience selling into critical sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas, and supply chain.
  • Quota Crusher: A history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Remote Ready: Proficiency in managing responsibilities and team dynamics in a remote work environment.
  • Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to forge strong client and partner relationships.
