With one transformative solution, the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach and data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.
Position Overview: The Healthcare Data Acquisition & Interoperability Analyst will be responsible for leading data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role will also focus on driving the development of prospective quality and risk programs, creating cross-functional strategies to aid in interoperability, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support day-to-day operations, including managing vendors and service providers, and assist with project management.
- Embrace interoperability to fill data gaps, driving the development of prospective quality and risk programs.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Manage merger and acquisition due diligence needs and help formulate a strategy for execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Aid in maintaining customer relations and building new products like prospective quality.
- Create cross-functional strategies to aid in interoperability.
- Build out and lead a team from implementation to operations and product improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data acquisition, management, and healthcarewith a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality assurance programs.
- Experience in managing merger and acquisition due diligence and data strategy formulation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage vendors and service providers.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to create and execute cross-functional strategies to improve interoperability.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and leading teams.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
