About the Role:
This role will be part of the Finance team and collaborate closely with other data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
The finance team works cross-functionally with the business stakeholders to extract insights, build data pipelines, and develop statistical models to improve product sales performance, fraud, currency expansion, or payment reconciliation.
This role will work closely with the Revenue, Finance, FP&A, and Tax teams to help define, measure, and track success metrics and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have experience transforming product KPIs and success metrics into clear, intuitive, and actionable dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with financial teams to define KPIs and success metrics for products and features.
Translate KPIs and metrics into clearly defined, performant tables
Build, modify and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, metrics and the general health of products.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to collaborate on strategy, tactics, and to present findings.
Analyze data to uncover insights, trends and answer key business questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in a data-driven, finance analytical role.
Demonstrated previous proficiency in SQL and Tableau and experience with Python/R to be tested during technical interviews.
Experience in quantitative analysis.
Strong data storytelling skills, including the ability to distill technical insights into a clear and compelling narrative.
Experience building intuitive dashboards using Tableau producing actionable data insights.
Hands-on previous professional experience in finance analytics, preferably at a SaaS subscription-based company.
Demonstrated strong communication skills.
Location: Remote but Pacific Time and need flexibility with calls with the offshore team as needed US evening time
Salary Range:The salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
