Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting health and operational data to support our health management programs. You will ensure data integrity, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. What will you be doing in this role?

  • Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze healthcare and operational data.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on patient satisfaction, performance guarantees, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure data compliance with confidentiality standards and applicable laws.
  • Process Improvement: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with industrial/client staff, vendors, and internal teams to achieve shared goals.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or occupational health setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
