We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Engineer. This role focuses primarily on migrating from on-prem to Azure Data Factory. The position is fully remote, and the industry revolves around cloud technologies and data analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration process from the on-prem Talend system to Azure Data Factory.
Design and implement data solutions in a Snowflake environment.
Develop and maintain BI reporting using Tableau.
Ensure the accurate processing and efficient management of customer data.
Monitor and analyze data systems to ensure optimal performance.
Implement data models and structures using AWS technologies.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for system improvements.
Develop and manage APIs for customer data handling.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the data systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies and data analytics.
Requirements
Applicants must possess proficiency in Cloud Technologies.
Experience with Database management is necessary.
A strong background in Analytics is required.
Candidates should have experience with API Development.
Familiarity with AWS Technologies is necessary.
Proficiency in using Talend is required.
Knowledge of Snowflake is a prerequisite.
Prior experience with Azure Data Factory is desirable.
