Data entry specialist FT/PT (Typist) - Remote | WFH

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to help keep our databases up-to-date. In this role, you'll collaborate with team members and customers to collect and input information accurately. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy of our records and addressing any discrepancies promptly.

What You'll Do

Collect invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departments, and clients.

Review and extract relevant information from various sources.

Correct errors and organize data for efficient and accurate entry.

Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets.

Enter and update data in our databases, ensuring information is backed up securely.

Notify relevant parties of any errors or issues encountered.

Organize and store hard copies of data for easy retrieval.

Take on additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in English, with strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to focus for extended periods and work with accuracy and speed.

Proficient touch typing skills.
