🔹 Role Overview:
As a Data Science Manager, you will lead innovative projects, using data transformation and analysis to identify disparities and develop scalable solutions. Your work will directly impact communities across Washington.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead data analytics projects with a focus on reducing racial and LGBTQ+ disproportionality
Develop and implement data transformation tools
Collaborate with young people and partners to drive change
🔹 Qualifications:
Strong background in data science and analytics
Expertise in Tableau, SQL, and programming
Passion for equitable outcomes and social justice
