Location: 100% remote BUT must be open to relocation at time of conversion (Miami, FL)

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to prepare the data protection strategy in GISCS for all brands in Carnival. The position will work close in the ongoing projects (AVG and KPMG PCI) to support process implementation for an later rollout to all brands as an entire DLP and Data protection model.


Essential Functions:

  • Define and create processes, matching to all brands, for Data leakage protection by using different tools for unstructured data
  • Investigate and create a model for automated data discovery and classification on unstructured data, preferable with existing toolset
  • Define and implement a Database security monitoring process, preferable with existing tools like Imperva DAM, for discovery and classification of data in structured Databases
  • Investigate and create a model for (automated) data encryption based on classification for protectable data in Databases
  • Key resource on AVG and KPMG PCI project to ensure all implementation can be reused and a model (RACI, Role model for M365 capabilities, process etc.) can be adopted for the following projects


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Discipline/Major: Information Systems or Computer Science Related
  • Required Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years


Required Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in process design and implementation
  • Strong security tool experience (M365 security tools, Purview, Imperva,)
  • Excellent understanding of cyber security and risk
  • Very good knowledge about encryption and database
  • Ability to influence and persuade others through collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge about Data leakage protection, data classification, database monitoring
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
