It is the responsibility of the Database Marketing Specialist to oversee in the creation and management of direct marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives; managing deadlines; and communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Position also responds to guest inquiries about offers, conducts property training on marketing systems and programs. Finally, incumbent will proof-read all direct marketing offers and participates in improving data quality.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute direct mail and email marketing campaigns, including email blasts and configuring trigger-based programs.
Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize marketing campaign building efficiencies and increase production.
Prepare data list and marketing campaign builds for approval, including those for implementation of programs.
Maintain all direct marketing projects start to finish, including initiating job-starter, trafficking, managing timelines.
Develop and test new tools related to campaign execution along with developing the process workflow around all campaigns by acting as a project manager.
Respond to guest inquiries about mail offers.
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Proof-read and approve mail as well as participating in improving quality of data.
Safeguard the confidential information of all employee, department and company records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
Must be able to obtain a gaming license
