DC/DB Retirement Plan administrator:

100% remote

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily communication with Plan Sponsors via email, phone calls, and GoToMeetings
  • Eligibility Determination
  • Allocations, Reconciliations, and Terminations of plan experience are necessary.
  • Preparation of Forms 5500-SF and 8955-SSA and other government forms
  • Reconciliation of trust assets
  • Plan Document amendments and restatements as needed
  • Annual knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
  • Working knowledge of Cash Balance Plans
  • Contribution Calculation
  • Clearly communicate combo plans to clients/advisors etc.

Ideal Candidate has:

  • At least 2 years of retirement plan administration experience
  • No designations are required but they are always appreciated.
  • Experience in Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans will be considered
  • Experience in 100 plans or less.
  • A proven track record of accurately and efficiently performing valuation and trust accounting work for retirement plans
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work within stringent deadlines that sometimes require extra hours during our busy season
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to handle duties with confidentiality and extreme professionalism
