What You Will Do
The Inside Sales/Vacancy Management Representative is a role focused on facilitating the growth of an assigned group of dispensing accounts by generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. They are also responsible for maintaining and growing vacant Skin Health Advisor (SHA) territories and white space. This is a dynamic position with the ability to flex into different areas to support needs of the team.

What You Will Do
The Inside Sales/Vacancy Management Representative is a role focused on facilitating the growth of an assigned group of dispensing accounts by generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. They are also responsible for maintaining and growing vacant Skin Health Advisor (SHA) territories and white space. This is a dynamic position with the ability to flex into different areas to support needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective team partnerships with Regional Directors and SHA’s
- Provide excellent service experience and be a liaison to our customers
- Responsible for learning and maintaining extensive knowledge of all CeraVe and La Roche-Posay products, clinical studies, and promotional materials
- Work as a primary point of contact for territory assigned and customers during their time out of territory
- Maintain service levels by contacting by phone all accounts in assigned vacant, non SHA territories and Dispensing accounts a minimum of 1x monthly.
- Launch new products to vacant territories and support regional initiatives of launch
- Support assigned territory with customer training including product education and samples requested
- Equip accounts with the appropriate tools to inform patients of products, efficacy, and clinical data
- Make outbound calls to white space for samples and dispensing needs
- Identify upselling opportunities for dispensing target list
- Work closely with customer service to enter orders for dispensing Accounts
- Provide marketing support to customers including monthly promotional information and existing LOREAL approved marketing items for customers
- Manage a monthly expense budget as set by management
- Special projects aligned to support sales team
- Research, track and validate Dispensing Leads from LDB and send to National Dermatology Accounts Manager
- Partner with National Dermatology Account Manager on needs
- Responsible to follow and adhere to the highest levels of integrity, compliance and all applicable policies, laws, and regulations
- Up to 20% Travel
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Results-oriented: Strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Excellent communicator: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Customer-focused: Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and finding solutions to meet customer needs
- Resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can handle rejection with a positive attitude
- Team player: You work well in a collaborative team setting and can contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Desire to grow: Would like to grow into a field-based sales role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
