Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Goals, Performance, and Compensation.
Translate business needs into functional requirements by creating detailed requirement specifications documents, developing the business case for HR processes and systems, and mapping business objectives to specific, actionable HR functionalities.
Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Perform process mapping and workflow analysis, conduct time studies on HR operations, and identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas of excessive resource consumption.
Design and propose new processes or enhancements to existing ones by developing process improvement recommendations based on best practices.
Analyze HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop reports and dashboards to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Use visualization tools to design intuitive dashboards, create regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics, and tailor reporting to different stakeholder needs.
Lead or participate in HR projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope by developing project plans, monitoring progress, adjusting plans as necessary, and managing project risks and issues.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to align projects with business goals through facilitating stakeholder meetings, communicating project updates regularly, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Work alongside IT and other teams to support HR system implementations by liaising between HR and IT departments, participating in system selection processes, and assisting in system testing, including user acceptance testing.
Create and maintain documentation for HR processes and systems by developing comprehensive user manuals and standard operating procedures, keeping process documentation up-to-date, maintaining system configuration document-tailored training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and offering ongoing support and refresher training to train HR staff on new systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business management, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Systems Analyst, with at least two years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Proven experience using data analytics software, such as Tableau or PowerBI, to develop visually compelling and insightful HR dashboards and reports.
Experience supporting global HRIS implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR processes, data, and systems across the full employee lifecycle.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex HRIS initiatives from planning through execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation
$100,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
10% performance bonus
